Our consortium tries to gather the knowledge of a wide range of research and educational institutions to solve the food problems associated with the impending population explosion and to develop food supporting space exploration.
In order to accomplish this research and development, we have focused on insects. By understanding and developing the functions of insects, which are an overlooked resource, we will promote the design of a system supporting safe and secure food production.
